You are eligible if:

• You are 18 or older
• You earn $1,200 or more per month, paid by direct deposit
• You are a Canadian citizen
• You have held a job for more than 3 months
• You are not in a bankruptcy process
• You are able to repay the loan

You are not eligible if:

• You are self-employed
• Your income comes from child tax credits
• Your income comes from a retirement savings plan
• Your income comes from student loans
• Your income comes from any form of social assistance
